1) What areas do you serve?

The areas we serve are Mississauga, Etobicoke, Toronto's West End (West of Keele) and Oakville, with our northern boundary being Highway 401. Some of our main areas of work in these locations include Lorne Park, The Kingsway, Port Credit, Mineola East, Mineola West, Lakeview, Alderwood, Long Branch, Glen Abbey and South Oakville. If you live in one of the cities listed and don't see your area, don't worry, we will come to any area in these cities in our boundaries!

2) During what seasons do you normally perform your various services?

Most of our services can be performed at anytime throughout the year, but our normal schedules are:

Spring: Window Cleaning, Eavestrough Cleaning

Summer: Power Washing, Exterior Eavestrough/Soffit Cleaning, Minor Tree Trimming

Fall: Window Cleaning, Eavestrough Cleaning

Winter: Window Cleaning

Minor Eavestrough Repairs are performed throughout the year, as required by the customer.

3) How often should I have my interior and exterior windows cleaned?

Our most popular service schedule for window cleaning is spring and fall cleaning. The schedules range from having a single cleaning in the spring, to having your windows cleaned every month. Some customers also call us to make their windows sparkle during special events, such as parties, weddings, holidays, etc.

4) How often should I have my eavestroughs cleaned?

We recommend having your eavestroughs cleaned in both the spring and the fall, particularly if there are trees in close proximity to your home. Most customers book fall cleanings, but we have found that many trees in the areas we service, drop debris in the spring as well. A few examples are seedlings, maple keys and oak tree 'cat tails.’ Any small blockage can lead to a back up of water, which could lead to water problems in your home. A spring cleaning also gives us a chance to make sure there was no damage to your eavestroughs after our cold winters.

5) Will your ladders damage my eavestroughs?

No, we utilize ladder “stand offs” on all of our ladders. This allows us to rest our ladders on your roof, as opposed to on your eavestroughs. We also have towels around our stand offs, to create a soft surface for when our ladders are against your home when cleaning your windows. These stand offs also distribute our weight on the ladder to create a much safer working environment.

6) What do you need from me, the customer?

We arrive at every job with the necessary equipment. For power washing and exterior eavestrough/soffit cleaning, we will however, need access to your outside water and hose. This is why we like to perform these services in the summer. Also, depending on if we are using our gas powered or electric power washer, we may need access to an outlet. If you request both interior and exterior window cleaning, we will need access to your home to clean the interior windows. Also, don't worry, we provide all yard waste bags for eavestrough debris, ready for your next yard waste pick up.

7) Is your company insured?

Yes. To give the customer peace of mind, our company and all employees are fully insured. If anything were to happen, both the customer and our company are covered. Along with being insured, all of our employees go through extensive training to make sure everything is being carried out as safely as possible.

8) Will I have to call you when I want work done at my home?

After we come to your home, provide you with a free quote, and agree on the services you would like throughout the year, you will not have to contact us again. We input every customer’s specific needs in our database, and we will call you when you have requested work to be done. Our goal is to make scheduling as easy as possible for the customer as we know how busy it is to run a home.

9) When I fill out your quote form, does this mean I am signing a contract?

No. If we call you when you have requested work to be done, and you no longer require the service, simply tell us, and we will call you at your next scheduled need. Also, you can call us and change your service requests whenever you would like and we will update our database.

10) What happens if it is raining on the day you are scheduled to clean our windows?

Since we often schedule our window cleaning in advance, we try our best to continue working through the rain, as long as it does not affect the quality of work that the customer is accustomed to receiving. If it is raining too hard for us to give you the quality you deserve, we will either wait out the storm and perform our services later that day, or reschedule if the rain does not stop.

11) What happens if I am not fully satisfied with your work?

We carefully inspect our work before we depart each job, but if there is an area you are not fully satisfied with, call us right away. We will come back at your earliest convenience to make sure we get the job done right. If there is a reason why the job results may be less than ideal, we will always try to let you know why before we start the job. This could be due to old windows, damaged windows or the type of glass. No matter the reason, communication with you the customer should help to explain any issue and lead to the best job possible.
